The label is inspired from a lifetime by the sea both in Australia and Greece, and the desire to bring both cultures together.
'Koukla' (pronounced 'çook-la') is a Greek word meaning 'beautiful doll' as is often used to describe a good looking girl.
All girls are Koukla's in our eyes and they should feel that way all the time, but most importantly in a bikini. This combination of style is unique to the world of swim and resort wear. Designed in Australia and made in Bali, there is a piece for all body types and we hope you find something you love.
We spend our time between Australia and the Mediterranean so the culture and way of life is very close to our heart. The relaxed free spirited way of life where you can wear your bikini from beach to bar is what our brand is all about. The inspiration from many travels has transformed into the creation of this label and is designed to bring out the Koukla in every beach babe.
